In the app (quickest)
- Open the Oral Health app.
- Go to Progress, then Settings.
- Tap “Delete my data” and confirm.
Your account and everything stored with it are deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email admin@notes-hub.com from the email address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my Oral Health account”. If you signed in with a passkey or Apple and didn’t give an email, tell us roughly when you created the account. We delete it within 30 days and email you when it’s done.
What gets deleted
- Your account, email address and passkey record
- Your brushing log and “cleaned between teeth” answers
- Your reminder times, lesson progress and check-up date
We keep nothing afterwards. If you never saved your streak, your data was only ever on your phone: deleting the app removes it.
